Domestic contiguous U.S. shipping is free for orders above $50 and $9 flat rate for orders under $50. Currently, International shipping is not available.

All orders are shipped within 3 days of ordering via USPS, Fedex or UPS. Shipping normally takes 5-7 business days depending on your region.

If your package was lost or damaged in transit, or if you aren't happy with your purchase, please contact us at pantry@eatmilu.com within 10 days of receiving it. We will answer your questions and issue refunds accordingly.

All Milu sauces (Chili Crisp, Hoisin Sauce, Chili Oil, and Dumpling Sauce) are shelf stable and do not need to be refrigeraged; doing so after opening, however, is suggested and will extend their shelf life.

For all other products, please follow instruction on packaging.

All Milu sauces (Chili Crisp, Hoisin Sauce, Chili Oil, and Dumpling Sauce) are vegan and include no artificial preservatives. For all other items, please refer to the item description and packaging.
