Crafted in NYC, our hoisin sauce is chocolaty, a tad sweet, & savory.
Duck and hoisin sauce is a traditional pairing. But our hoisin is a little less traditional without being any less delicious. Less sweet than a traditional hoisin, more acidic, and with notes of chocolate reminiscent of mole, this sauce goes well with any roasted meat and other fatty or rich dishes. With a strong flavor, a little bit goes a long way.
